Vienna, Amsterdam, Venice, and some "healthy" Swiss chocolate!

My European fever continues... This morning I made ink drawings of the St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna, a canal scene in Amsterdam, and the Rialto Bridge in Venice - all soon to be collaged! What do you think?

Keeping me happy in the process was a bit of "healthy" Swiss chocolate. Chocolate is "healthy," what?!

Well guess what I found out! During the past month, I read three non-related cancer prevention articles written by MDs that claim dark chocolate - at least 70% cacao - is packed full of antioxidants and is (in small quantities) actually good for you. According to my reading, a couple of squares of good quality, dark chocolate has more antioxidants than green tea!

This news made me so excited, I went out and bought myself a couple of bars to enjoy slowly as a special treat now and then.

I wish you a sweet weekend too, and be sure to leave your comments for my European Travel Fever Giveaway. I have loved reading your comments so far! Your glorious descriptions of European cities you've visited as well as travel fantasies make me feel like I've already had a mini-vacation! Sophia and Lucy will draw two winners of free prints on Sunday - good luck ;)
