Today I was thinking about how children find it so easy do things that make them feel good, without inhibition, without feeling guilty about all of the other things they are "supposed" to be doing.
My April secret is: I want to go there again, at least for a visit, to let go of my "to do" lists, to live in the moment, breathe deeply, and simply experience flowers and springtime and sunshine and joy. Don't you?
To be quite honest, when I was creating my e-course program, I was thinking of all of the things I wanted to incorporate into my own life.
How to balance creativity and self-nurture and earning money and having the courage to take the leap of faith to do what one most wants to do with the short span of time we are given with our lives.
I've put together a very personal, holistic program with my 7 week e-course, and I'm happy that I can share it with you.
Today, we are starting the third session of Creative Courage with a lovely group of women from all around the world. I love feeling the positive energy and support and connection that happens in the course - both as a personal and a collective experience.
During the next 7 weeks:
We'll talk about overcoming our fears and inhibitions in our creativity.
We'll share practical resources in earning money with our creative work, both online and offline.
We'll practice taking care of ourselves with seasonal recipes and "home spa" ideas.
We'll add more adventure into our daily schedule to make our lives more exciting and unique.
We'll go to Paris, France on a virtual field trip together.
We'll meet 12 successful artists and authors who will share their tips on how to balance, organize, and lead a more fulfilling, creative life.
Doesn't this sound like a fun, yet practical and inspiring adventure ?
It is the last time that I'll be offering this course until September 2012, and I can't wait to get started.
Do something good for yourself today. Let's be as kind to ourselves as we are to our loved ones. Let's renew, recharge, and go for the sunshine and joy.
If you'd like to take the leap, I encourage you to sign up here - exactly 2 spots are still open.
I'm sending hugs to you today from Munich and all my best,
